Woman Arrested for Felony DWI under Leandra's Law

New York State Police arrested a woman in LeRoy for Felony DWI under Leandra's Law Friday night.
Angela Kruse was found at a Tops Market in LeRoy after someone called State Police and reported a woman operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition with a 4-year-old female passenger.
Kruse was taken to the Warsaw Station and the 4-year-old was turned over to her child care provider at the scene.
Kruse was arraigned and is being held at Genesee County Jail on $1,000 bail. She will reappear at LeRoy Court at a later to answer to the charges.
