Two Shot in Maplewood Neighborhood

Two people were taken to the hospital after being shot on Rochester's west side Thursday night.

Police were called to the corner of Lexington Avenue and Dewey Avenue just before 9 p.m. Investigators later found two shooting victims on the next street over. A 29-year-old man was shot in the hip and a 30-year-old man was shot in both arms and his torso. Both were taken to Strong Hospital for treatment.

Police are still investigating what lead up to the shooting.
