Budgets Approved By City Council

City Council approved two major budgets Tuesday night.

Rochester City Council unanimously passed the city budget. Mayor Tom Richards' proposed $488 million budget closed a multi-million dollar gap. Council also passed the Rochester School Budget by a vote of 8 to 1.
