Trial of Richard Dallas Begins

A judge will decide the fate of a local man accused of sexually abusing an infant.

The bench trial of Richard Dallas began Tuesday in Wayne County Court. Dallas is accused of sexually abusing a nine-month-old baby in November of last year. The trial is expected to wrap up in the next few days. The child's injuries were so serious that she needed surgery.
