Security Guard Arrested in Chestnut St. Shooting

We are learning more details about a shooting that happened on Chestnut Street Friday night.

Felix Cruz-Romero, 40, was arrested and charged with assault. Rochester Police say Cruz-Romero was a security guard working at the apartment building where the shooting occurred. He and the victim were involved in a confrontation. Police say Paul Ravenel, 32, was waving a knife and pulled out a hammer before he was shot. He was taken to Strong Hospital with gunshot wounds.
