Joseph Fafone Sentenced to 10 Years in Prison

The man found guilty in a fatal shooting in last year's Rochester East End Festival has been sentenced to ten years in prison.

Joseph Fafone was convicted of first degree manslaughter for shooting Samuel Maldonado several times outside an apartment on Alexander Street last May. Police say it was result of a drug deal that went bad. Maldonado later died.

In addition to the ten years in jail, Fafone was also sentenced to five years of post-release probation.
