Local Soldier Returns From Afghanistan

A local soldier returned from Afghanistan over the weekend.

Army Sergeant Deborah Chatman landed at the Rochester Airport Sunday afternoon. Chatman had been in Afghanistan working as a technician. She has been with the Army for the past eight years. Chatman's family held a party for her and her brother, who also returned.
