A Rochester mother was arraigned on 2nd degree murder and assault charges on Friday.  Bobbie Kugler was previously charged with 2nd degree manslaughter in connection with a fire that killed her four children.  The Monroe County District Attorney's Office submitted audio tapes of Kugler's police interrogation.  Kugler, 31, pleaded not guilty and didn't show any emotion in court.  Her family was visibly angry and even cursed reporters.  Kugler is accused of setting the fire on Grape Street by burning pictures of her boyfriend and tossing them on a dresser filled with clothing.  Her four children Gage, 14, Greg, 13, Kandee, 12 and Kaiden, 6, died in the fire.   The assault charges stem from the injury caused to two teenagers and a man in his twenties who had to jump from a second floor window to escape.  Assistant District Attorney  Kyle Steinebach says this was a reckless act, "It's Felony murder and manslaughter. She could be guilty of both of them it's up to a jury or judge," said Steinebach.   "I am aware of no accusations that Miss Kugler intentionally caused the death of her children that's not what she's initially charged with and that's not what she's indicted on now," said Michael Lopez, Bobbie Kugler's attorney.  Kugler is being held without bail.   The trial isn't expected to start until January of 2013.
