Kodak Selling Online Photo Service Business

More news coming out of Kodak. This time the company says they are selling their online photo services business to Shutterfly.

This is yet another move as part of the company's bankruptcy proceedings. The sale is valued at an estimated $23.8 million. Kodak will transfer Gallery accounts and images to the company over a period of time. Shutterfly is an online, social imaging and image publishing company.

A specific timeline of the transition has not been given. More than 75 million people use Kodak's online photo service.
