Boys: (3)Schroeder 63, (6)Gates-Chili 56

Curtis Marshall had 17 points to top (3)Schroeder as the Warriors held off (6)Gates-Chili 63-56 in a Class AA1 Quarterfinal in Webster Friday night.

Gunner Blaise added 14 points off the bench while Emmit Holt finished with 13 points and eight rebounds for Schroeder.

Jawuan Brumfield led all scorers with 19 points for the Spartans.

Schroeder will now face (7)Edison in Tuesday's semifinal. The Inventors upset Fairport 69-62.
