Rochester Fire Fighters are battling flames and the weather tonight on the city's north side. They got the call about 8:30 tonight and were on scene shortly after. It appears it was a vacant home. Flames were shooting out of the roof. There was also a lot of smoke. Fire fighters did a good job of keeping the fire from spreading to homes next door. Right now it's too early to determine how the fire was started.
