Bank Error Blamed in Kodak Employee Paycheck Delay

By: WROC-TV
Updated: February 16, 2012
Some Kodak workers noticed that their paychecks had not been deposited into their accounts this morning because of a bank error.

Kodak spokesperson Chris Veronda says the bank that processes payroll didn't post payments, which were supposed to be posted by midnight. Veronda says the bank had the funds, but didn't pay workers. About 9,100 U.S. employees of Kodak were affected. News 8 has been told that most of the workers have had their payroll posted already.

Workers who don't see their money by the end of the day should contact their supervisor. Kodak says this error has nothing to do with the bankruptcy.
