Second Kodak Worker Sues Company

By: WROC-TV
Updated: February 6, 2012
Another Kodak employee is suing the company.

Thomas Greenwood participates in the company's Savings and Investments Plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The class action complaint filed in federal court on January 31 states that Perez and board members "breached their duties owed to the Plans and to the participants and beneficiaries of the Plans," which violates the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Greenwood's complaint says they did not properly manage the Plans' investment in the company's stock because they did not fully and accurately inform plan participants of Kodak's financial troubles.

Another lawsuit from another employee makes the same accusation of Kodak and its top officials.
