Kodak Files Another Infringement Lawsuit

In what could be the final days of Kodak, the company announced the fourth in a series of patent infringement lawsuits. This time, it is against Samsung.

The company filed the lawsuit in federal court on Wednesday. Kodak alleges that Samsung has infringed on patents connected to their unique digitial imaging technology. The lawsuit specifically mentions five features that are part of various Samsung cameras.

Kodak has also accused Fuji Film and Apple of infringing on their patents. Lawsuits in those cases are pending.
