Since 1976 the Brook House has been serving up quality Italian and American dishes in the Town of Greece.
The owner Phil Fedele, is better known as "red", says hard work is what has made this restaurant a success for 36 years.
"The more you're acknowledged the hard you have to work to stay there. It's like when you are on top you have to work to stay on top," said Fedele.
Red is here 7 days a week making sure everyone leaves full, and happy.
"The chances of them coming out and leaving this place disappointed. I'm gonna go out on a lime and say nil because we work very hard on that," said Fedele.
And if these walls could talk-- they'd tell you all about the notable people who have ate here.
"We've had the likes of Billy Martin, we've had the like od Don Mattingly. If you look at the wall you'll see picture of football players, the Minnesota Vikings have been here," said Fedele.
"Dan Marino, Joe Montana. I have a picture of Joe Montana. I am in awe of these people," said Fedele.
This restaurant is a family business red's 7 children work here as well and in laws.
So what is the favorite item served on this menu?
"I tell people, close your eyes, put your finger on the menu and pick something out, cause everything here is excellent," said Fedele.
Red says the greece community has been extremely welcoming and they plan on staying here for a while.
"They'll carry me out of here. And I like the thought. This is my life, and my families they are all here. We're here, We're here to stay," said Fedele.
