Billy Lombardi scored three consecutive touchdowns to give Aquinas a 27-0 lead and the Lil' Irish never looked back in a 40-3 rout of McQuaid in the Class A Final Friday night at Sahlen's Stadium.
Lombardi rushed for 189 yards and was named the game's MVP. Jammal Pardner caught two TD passes for the Irish who won their 5th straight sectional title.
