Livonia 26, Elba/B-B 18

Dustin Ayers broke a tie on a 30-yard touchdown scamper in the 4th quarter and Wyatt Struble made the lead standup with back to back interceptions as (7)Livonia defeated (3)Elba/B-B in the Class B semifinals Sunday at Sahlen's Stadium.

Zach DuBois answered Ayers' TD with an impressive 42-yard, tackle breaking score of his own. However, the Lancers missed the PAT and still trailed 19-18 midway through the 4th.

The Bulldogs added to their lead with a halfback option scoring pass. Derek Bishopp hit Josh Wester on a 19 yard play. Bishopp also scored each of Livonia's first two touchdowns.

Elba/B-B had two chances to tie, but both times Struble intercepted a long pass near midfield. Bishopp also picked off a pass early in the fourth.

Livonia gets top seeded and unbeaten Hornell in the championship Saturday.
