Geneseo 64, Dundee 14

Xavier Copeland rushed for 174 yards and three TDs and John Ridler added 157 yards plus two trips to the house for Geneseo, who whomped Dundee 64-14 in a Class D semifinal at Sahlen's Stadium Saturday afternoon.

The Knights piled up 449 yards on the ground as a team and scored 28 points in the first quarter alone.

Wes Smith chipped in with a punt return and kick return TD for Geneseo. They will face Batavia Notre Dame in next week's championship game.

Oops! Geneseo Central are actually the proud Blue Devils. Our neighbors at SUNY Geneseo are actually the Knights. I have been looking forward all year to see our boys on the frenzy, so hopefully the text can be fixed. Go Blue! Great season!
