Charlie Meagher scored on a 20-yard run on the first play of overtime as (7)McQuaid pulled a stunner, knocking off unbeaten (2)Eastridge 24-17 in a Class A quarterfinal Friday night in East Irondequoit.

McQuaid stopped four straight plays from Eastridge on the Lancers' overtime possession to seal the win.

Meagher scored on a 13-yard run with 10 minutes remaining in the fourth quarter to tie the game at 17 for McQuaid. He scored all three of the Knights' TDs. Theo Ekiyor added 150 yards on the ground for McQuaid.

Shawmik Johnson had 11 carries for 100 yards for the Lancers (7-1).
