Connor Hollenbeck passed for two touchdowns and Cory McNamara scored twice for Wayne (6-1) in a 21-19 win over ER/Gananda to clinch Finger Lakes East.

ER/Gananda (2-5) failed to convert a two-point pass with one minute remaining that would have tied the game.
