Leo's Bakery and Deli has been in business about 70 years, and it has called
"We moved into this building in East Rochester about 8 years ago and we love it here, we've done really well here," said Pat Bernuzio, Owner.
The regulars say the love the location:
"It's very convenient we like to ride our bikes here," said Raymond Akey, regular at Leo's Bakery and Deli.
"We can sit out here, have some coffee, get a donut or a pastry," continued Akey.
At Leo's there is certainly no shortage of sweets.
"Probably 30, 40 varieties of cookies pretty much everyday, 30 different varieties of pies every day, cakes, 20 varieties all different kids of pastries," said Bernuzio.
A combination of 50 employees and high tech equipment allows them to pump out hundreds of pies, and cookies each day.
Pat Bernuzio has owned the shop for the past 15 years, and says he couldn't be happier to be in
"East Rochester was my very first bakery back when I was a young kid, I was in the village and now we are out here, but I've come full circle now and I'm an old guy and I am still in East Rochester," laughed Bernuzio.
And the future only looks brighter.
"It seems like there is no end every year it seems like we've done a new project and expanded more and more," said Bernuzio.
