Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) provides a safe and therapeutic family environment for youth whose behaviors make it difficult for them to remain at home or cannot be managed at a lower level of foster care. The goal of TFC is to reunify the youth with their own families, or, if the child is freed, to establish them as quickly as possible in permanent adoptive families.
Hillside Children's Center (HCC) is a provider of care for youth and families with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, or life-circumstance challenges. HCC offers mental health, child welfare, juvenile justice, special education, safety net, and developmental disabilities services to children and families throughout Central and Western New York. Comprehensive pediatric, psychiatric, and medical consultation and coordination services are also provided. HCC services are customized based on the strengths and needs of individual youth, families, and communities.
