Reports are out now that writers are working to phase out Sheen's "Two and a Half Men" character so he'll never return. According to TMZ, one of the scripts involves his character driving off a cliff. Filming won't begin until August. Actor Ashton Kutcher is joining the cast to replace Sheen.
#4 - Jeff Probst
The host of "Survivor" has found his way off the island and onto daytime TV. Probst has signed a deal with CBS to launch a new talk show in the fall of 2012. The show is expected to feature celebrities and everyday people. Probst will remain as host of "Survivor".
#3 - Lady Gaga
The singer is reportedly being sued for $5 million over her "We Pray for Japan" wristbands. A lawsuit claims that not all of the money raised went to the earthquake and tsunami victims. It also claims customers were overcharged for the bands. Lady Gaga has not commented.
#2 - Los Alamos
Mass evacuations underway in New Mexico where the Las Conchas wildfire has already scorched more than 43,000 acres. It's 0% contained. There's also a small fire near the Los Alamos National Laboratory but officials say it's not a threat to the lab.

Why is the infamous serial killer trending today? Thanks to a little flub from presidential candidate Michele Bachmann. She was in Iowa over the weekend launching her presidential bid when she mixed up her John Waynes. John Wayne the actor is from 3 hours away in Winterset. John Wayne Gacy is the serial killer from Waterloo. She clearly meant the actor.
