The singer is celebrating his 70th birthday Tuesday. Dylan still travels and performs doing about 100 concerts every year. He signed a contract with Columbia Records back in 1961. He's done folk, rock, country, western, even flirted with heavy metal. Dylan's also won big awards including a Grammy, Golden Globe and Oscar.
#4 - Volcano Erupts
Another volcano causing problems in Iceland. The Grimsvotn volcano spewing ash and white smoke has grounded at least 500 British Airline flights Tuesday. Last year, another Icelandic volcano snarled air traffic for days.
#3 - Royals Meet Obamas
President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama met with newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton. The couple recently returned from their honeymoon. The Obamas will spend 2 nights at the palace as guests of the Queen.
#2 - Lady Gaga
The singer made an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman Monday night. Gaga decked out in a black mask, barely there black shorts, knee-high lace-up leather boots and a black jacket over a black rubber bra. In the interview, Gaga claimed she found her outfit in the garbage on her way to the studio.
#1 - End of the World
Good news! It's been rescheduled. A California preacher had predicted the end of the world would come this past Saturday. Obviously, we're still here. That preacher, Donald Camping says he wasn't entirely wrong. His math was just a little off. Judgment Day has been rescheduled for October 21. Camping told reporters, "The whole world is under Judgment Day, and it will continue right up to October 21, 2011, and at that time the whole world will be destroyed." Camping had previously said the world would end in 1994. He is now 0 for 2.
