WATCH: Interview with 26th District Candidate Kathy Hochul

Polls have shown the special election for the 26th congressional district will be a tight race.  Kathy Hochul is vying for the seat vacated by Chris Lee when he resigned in February amid scandal.

The Erie County Clerk is facing off against Republican Jane Corwin, Tea Party candidate Jack Davis, and Green Party candidate Ian Murphy.

Watch News 8's Maureen McGuire interview Hochul on the issues facing the 26th which includes all or parts of Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming counties.
