Viral Video: Soldier Dances While Rockets Blast

A dancing soldier is making waves on YouTube.

The soldier gets down on top of a tank.  He's dancing the Carlton made famous from the Fresh Prince of Bel Air in the 1990s.  What's crazy about this video is that rockets are blasting off behind him.
