Cardio With Cory: Split Squats and Gluteus Maximus

1. Place one foot forward, back foot is in the air.
2. Straighten both legs out and flex the buttocks.
3. Lower your body down and pulse the quad muscle.
4. 1-2-3... raise up and squeeze buttocks.
5. Make sure to switch legs.
