1. Fingertips forward, elbows in tight, push up to all fours.
2. Extend legs, then let down slowly. Repeat.
3. MODIFY: hands under your chin.
4. Raise your elbows and legs off the floor at the same time.
5. Or, extend your arms out... like a superhero.
