R-H senior quarterback, Ashton Broyld, ran for 196 yards and two touchdowns and passed for 94 yards and a touchdown to lead the Royal Comets to a Class AA state championship.
Justin Medley caught two passes for 100 yards from Broyld. Devin Wofford, who returned the opening kickoff for an 89 yard touchdown, rushed for 134 yards and two touchdowns.
