Rush-Henrietta 42, Clarence 34

Rush-Henrietta advances to the Class AA state semifinals with a 42-34 win over Clarence (Section VI). Despite scoring 5 touchdowns in the 1st half, the Royal Comets watched their lead dwindle twice. R-H converted a 4th and 1 on a run by senior quarterback, Ashton Broyld, to clinch the game. Broyld ran for 299 yards with 2 touchdowns and threw for 103 yards and a touchdown.
