Small "carbon footprint"

rochester2008-05-29-1212095764.jpgRochester was ranked 14th best among the nation’s largest 100 metro areas as having a low gas emissions.


In a recent study conducted by the Brookings Institution Rochester is noted as having a smaller carbon footprint that most large American cities. The study says many Rochestarians complain about the high cost of electricity and Thruway tolls and even weather. Turns out that all of these nuisances contribute to our low gas emissions.
