Indoor Sandbox

While it's true that there is an abundance of places for kids to play in Rochester, there's notably less available to the toddlers and younger children.
Diana Morey saw the need, and opened up The Sandbox two years ago.
"There was nowhere around for them. There's bowling and the rec centers for all the older kids but there was nowhere around they could run safely without getting run into," said Diana.
"Unlike the big bounce houses, it really helps the little guys not get too trampled by the big ones," said mom Amy Little.
Open 7 days a week, kids from ages one to 8 can come here and let loose. There's a laundry list of fun things to do. From the light-up dance floor with interactive games, to the thrilling roller coaster, and the always-a-blast bounce house.
"I think that they like that they can run freely from pace to place and they can't get lost and a parent can see them at all times," said Diana.
And what parent doesn't enjoy an easy way to keep the kids entertained?
