Nine Section V Wrestlers Claim State Titles

At 160, Spencerport's Bryan Bourne won 5-3. It was the first state title for Bourne. 189 pounds featured Cal-Mum's Nate Schiedel. He wins 5-1 for a division two title.
The only final with two Section Fivers came at 215. Spencerport's Paul Glover defeated Robert Eskander from Webster Thomas with an escape in the third OT, 3-2. Bob Dierna from Wayne (96 lbs), Holley's Quinton Murphy (103), Mike Nevinger (140) from Letchworth and Cody Hutcheson (171) represented
On the night, Section Five won nine championships.
