Thousands in Yates, Steuben counties still without power after storm

Weather22008-03-09-1205108017.jpgThe winter storm caused significant power outages in Steuben and Yates counties. 9,000 customers in Steuben County are still left in the dark and utility crews say power outages may last through Monday evening. The red cross has set up four centers for people who want to find a warm place to stay. One is located at west high school in painted post, the second place is at Tuscarora elementary in Addison the third center is at Campbell-Savona High school. In Yates County, the warming shelter is located at the American Legion in Dundee.
