MARINEINTERVIEWFAMILY2008-03-07-1204951738.jpg     It was a happy ending fit for the movies.  A Bristol woman gets a proposal from her soldier boyfriend stationed overseas.  Heather Duvall's boyfriend Army Specialist Dale Nace is oceans away from home.  On Friday morning, he sent this message via satellite.

"Hi Heather!  I miss you.  I love you.  Will you marry me when I come home?  You don't have to say yes or no now.  You can answer when I get home. To my kids Aidan, Braeden and Kylie I love you.  Listen to your mommy be good. Love you all.  Bye Bye," said Army Specialist Nace.

And it's a yes!!  "I love him for a million reasons," said Duvall.  The funny part is Heather already has proof of their love, she wears it on her finger.  Dale asked her to pick it out, but he's never seen it.  With the ring and now proposal, it looks official.  For Heather it's tough not having her honey here.  Their 11-month old daughter Kiley has only seen her daddy one time.  "It's really hard because she calls him daddy on the phone she knows it's him," said Duvall.

Pretty soon they'll all be together.  He returns home at the end of May.  Heather says he believes in what he's doing.  "I don't think he knows anything else.  He knows he's doing the right thing for everybody," said Duvall.

As much as Dale misses his loved ones, he re-enlisted and will likely be deployed again.  It's a sacrifice he and his new family will make together for their country.
