Charles Schwab expected to plead guilty

CHARLESSCHWABTOPLEAD2008-02-29-1204311091.jpgOne of the key figures in the Kodak kickback scandal is expected to plead guilty in court Friday afternoon.


This is video of Charles Schwab from 2005, right after the scandal broke. Schwab, the former Greece town assessor, allegedly defrauded Kodak and taxpayers by lowering Kodak's tax assessment.


Schwab would be the fourth person to plead guilty in this case.
