A LeRoy man is in guarded condition at Strong Memorial Hospital after police say he may have been driving under the influence early Sunday morning on East Bethany-LeRoy road. Jacob Hall, 23, was headed northbound just after midnight in a Chrysler Cirrus when he went off of the west shoulder of the road, flipping over several times. Hall was thrown from the vehicle. The Genesee County Sheriffs Office says alcohol and speed likely contributed to the accident.
