Sheriff's deputy arrested for DWI

sheriffseal2008-02-17-1203280120.jpgA Monroe County Sheriff's deputy was arrested this weekend after Webster Police say he was driving drunk. Thirty-six year old Henry Maerlender of Webster was not on duty Saturday afternoon when he hit a parked car with his SUV on

Ridge Road
near BJ's. Webster police say Maerlender was taken to Strong Hospital where he was treated and released for minor injuries. Maerlender was charged with misdemeanor DWI, he was released on $2500 bond.
