duffy2008-01-28-1201547210.JPGMayor Bob Duffy is off to Albany Monday seeking state funds for the city of Rochester. The Mayor said other upstate cities get more funding from the state despite the fact that they all face similar challenges.

Duffy said the most difficult part of his trip to Albany will convincing other cities' delegates that they won't loose money by supporting Duffy's efforts to get Rochester a bigger piece of the pie.
