It's been one week since a freak accident at the Marketplace Mall left one woman dead. Tonight News 8 Now has learned that it may be months before investigators will know exactly how she died.51-year-old Susan Banker died last Saturday when she fell under a sheriff's department mounted patrol horse she was attempting to pet. Preliminary toxicology results show banker had a blood alcohol level three times the legal driving limit. Banker's family says the horse trampled her.The Monroe County Sheriff's Department says the additional tests that are needed to determined what exactly killed banker, will not be completed for several months.
