vote2008-01-07-1199737642.jpgNo charges will be filed against a Victor poll watcher accused of voter intimidation in November's election.

An investigation was launched when concerns were brought to the Ontario County Republican Election's Commissioner.

The investigation found the directions for casting a write-in vote were removed from a polling station by a poll watcher.

In this past year's election, Republicans were left off the ballot due to a paperwork issue.
