State police say just after midnight, 33 year old Larry Fenstermacher was driving on County Route 41 in Hornby when he veered off the road, hit a parked car, flipped, and then hit a utility pole. His passenger, 41-year old Edward Hammond, was ejected from the car. Hammond later died at an area hospital. Police say Fenstermacher was driving while intoxicated; he has been charged with felony DWI and manslaughter.
