Classmates and friends of Hannah Congdon and the other four graduates killed in June's tragic automobile crash gathered Saturday night at Fairport High School to honor girls. The concert featured a mix of broadway and pop numbers, cheerleaders, dance and comedy improvisational numbers performed by FHS alums as well as current Fairport students and guests.
"We wanted to just have an opportunity to all come together again and so we were given permission to go ahead and it grew from there," says Linda Murphy, an organizer of the event.
Saturday’s benefit show helped raise funds for "Hannah's Hope," the school for orphans being built in Kenya in her name.
