Something new is brewing in Webster, literally. City Brew Coffee on Empire Boulevard opened up its doors Wednesday, as well as its drive-thru lanes.
The new coffee shop features an array of hot beverages and a chance to give back to the community. Customers can actually indicate the charity or
not-for-profit group to which they want to donate a portion of their purchase.
"So it’s really a way to recycle some of your own daily coffee dollars back to support your chosen organizations," says Mike Blanchard, a partner for City Brew Coffee.
To celebrate its grand opening, the coffee shop is giving away several big ticket items, including a flat screen television. Customers buying coffee at city brew all week will be given a raffle ticket for the television and other items; the drawing will occur next Saturday.
