Bills Soldout, Game on WROC-TV

ORCHARD PARK, NY - The Buffalo Bills today announced that Frey Electric
Construction Company, Inc. has purchased the remaining seats for
Sunday's Bills-Dolphins game at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The game is now
sold out and will be aired locally on WIVB in Buffalo and WROC in
Rochester.

"We greatly appreciate and thank our friends at Frey Electric for their
continued support," said Buffalo Bills Executive Vice President of
Business Operations Russ Brandon. "This is another shining example of
Frey's continued commitment to our region and charitable initiatives
throughout the community."

Frey Electric is located in Tonawanda, NY and has been part of the
Western New York community for more than 60 years. The company is one
of the largest electrical and communications contractors in the area,
and one of its services includes providing a wide range of back-up power
solutions. Frey Electric services industry, businesses and homeowners.
Frey Electric is the preferred electrical contractor of the Buffalo
Bills and Ralph Wilson Stadium and has been an official team sponsor for
the past five years.

"We are thrilled that all of Western New York will be able to enjoy
watching the always exciting rivalry between the Bills and the Dolphins
on local television this Sunday," said Frey Electric President Kent P.
Frey.

Frey Electric will donate the remaining unsold tickets to the Eastern
Hills Wesleyan Church of Clarence, NY and Good Neighbors Community
Services of Buffalo, NY. Good Neighbors provides space for physicians
and other health care professionals to provide free primary health care
to the underserved and underinsured citizens in the City of Buffalo.

"Frey is grateful that we can be a blessing to Eastern Hills Wesleyan
Church and one of its ministries, The Good Neighbors Community
Services," added Kent Frey.
