One of two men still in guarded condition after elevator accident

One of the two men injured in an elevator collapse at Happy Ice was still in guarded condition Saturday.
32-year-old Jeremy Fernaays was pinned under a forklift at the factory on Thursday after the elevator collapsed on him. 58-year-old Nester Irazarry was also injured in the accident.
Fire investigators say the forklift may have exceeded the elevator's weight limit. OSHA is investigating the incident. Arctic Glacier, the company that owns Happy Ice, released a statement earlier saying their thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. The company also says it deeply regrets what happened and that it will also investigate the accident.
