A three car accident in Ontario County near Eastview Mall caused quite a traffic backup Saturday night after a busy shopping day. Two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The accident occurred on Turk Hill Road at 6:30 p.m. next to Eastview Mall, just north of Route 96.
Investigators say John Stubbings was driving south on Turk Hill Road and failed to stop at a red light. Stubbings car rear-ended a car driven by Bradley Acker and Acker's car then rear-ended a car driven by Brandie Wilson. Acker was treated for neck pain at the scene while his passenger was treated for back pain. Both were transported to Strong Hospital for treatment. Stubbings was issued a ticket for following too closely.
