Volunteer Coach of the Year

A local volunteer football coach is met at the airport by his own private cheerleading squad today. That's because Kurt Albers, who coaches the Victor Blue Devils youth football team, was named the Volunteer Coach of the Year.
Albers returned home today after receiving the award from the National Youth Sports Coaches Association Wednesday in
"It's kinda disbelief because there's like thousands of great coaches across the country. So to be selected was kinda a shock when you consider all the thousands of coaches and stuff there are," says Albers.
