The Western New York Region, which includes Rochester, tied ten other regions, with the highest rating in the nation. 96% of those surveyed rated postal service in Rochester as being either excellent, very good, or good. 4% said it was fair or poor. Postal officials say they have to be good because of competition. The busiest day for the postal service is December 17th. The postal service says you should have Christmas cards in the mail by December 20th.
