Siena was led by Kenny Hasbrouck with 24 points. The Saints trailed by 14 at halftime, but twice in the second half pulled within four, including once in the final four minutes, but the Orange scored 14 of the last 20 to pull away.
Fairport grad Cory McGee played 17 minutes for Siena with a rebound and an assist.
